It seems to me that we continually look out there for happiness. This can take many forms such as money or other people. Yet when do we ever stop and ask what is wrong with me right in this moment? Why do I need to add to myself ? All I know is I have searched out there and had the perfect life, perfect partner etc etc All the stuff ! Yet it was still meaningless It didnt fill the gap in my Self. A little while after this through an Expereince, I realised this was because what I search for is not out there. I am already complete and if I just looked and saw that in myself and ALL others it would be perfectly clear. So the end goal is simply this To know the answer to "Who am I" Hi All
I can only comment from my life expereinces.
It seems to me that we continually look out there for happiness.
