Integrity And Character

I’ve been in this field for a fairly long time now.  And so I’ve seen a lot of people and how they got on over time.  Recently I noticed a distinct difference between two groups.

The first were people of strong integrity and character.  By this I mean that they strove to find solutions that fitted with their conscience and were in line with who they saw themselves and how they wanted to conduct themselves. Read more about Integrity And Character

Stop Reading And Start Thinking. After This Post Though…

I guess I live in the self-help genre. I don’t like a lot of what I see there though. There’s a lot of nonsense and hot air. There’s seems to be a lot of falseness. My main beef with it though is that people buy into it from emotional insecurity and become more insecure the longer they are involved with it.
